Orange Zest Cranberry Sauce
Every family has their own traditional recipe they use to make this must have dish.
I have altered our family recipe to be a little less tart. My niece, who never ate cranberry sauce, now Loves it.

- fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 c
- juice & pulp of one large orange
- fresh grated zest of one large orange
- 1/2 c
- brown sugar, firmly packed
- cinnamon stick
Mixture will thicken up.
