Grilled Fruit Skewers with Blueberry Glaze

- bosc pears
- (or fresh fruit of your choosing)
- 1/4 c
- fresh blueberries
- 1-2 Tbsp
- balsamic vinegar (or use blackberry brandy)
- 1 tsp
- corn starch
1Cut the fruit into large chunks, to fit on a skewer. Alternate fruit pieces on the skewer.
2Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook blueberries & balsamic over very low heat. As the blueberries cook, use a small whisk to break up most of the berries to release more juice.
3After it cooks down a bit, sprinkle in the corn starch to thicken it enough to cling to the fruit a bit while grilling.
4Grill until fruit is soft & slightly browned, turning often.
