This dip is delicious and actually low fat and quite light! It is wonderful with fresh strawberries, but would be a great dip on any fresh fruit appetizer tray! It is also very good to use with shortbread or gingersnap cookies as a dessert dip.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

What an easy dessert! This tasty dip isn't overly rich so the flavor of the strawberries shines. The amaretto is milk and adds a little bit of richness but you don't taste the harsh alcohol flavor. Since it's made with non-fat yogurt and a fat-free topping, it's a lower in calorie dessert option. Almonds and chocolate curls on top add a little fanciness to the dip. Perfect for a party or brunch buffet. It's light, creamy, and super flavorful.
