Ingredients

TOASTED CHEESY GARLIC BREAD

3 slice
garlic sourdough bread
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
pinch
cayenne pepper

DIPPING SAUCE

1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 small
red onion
1 small
garlic clove
pinch
ground black pepper
4 oz
tomato sauce

Step-By-Step

1Toast Garlic Sourdough Bread- place slices with sides touching top w/ shredded cheese

2place under broiler until bubbly then remove

3-sprinkle with cayenne pepper, then top with additional cheese broil then remove and set aside until cool

4when cool enough to handle and cheese is set

5turn over and cut lengths into approx. 1 inch wide sticks for dipping
Eat while hot

6Instructions for Dipping Sauce:

7On low heat saute

1sm. red onion diced
add garlic pieces diced
brown in 1 tbls. extra virgin olive oil cook on medium heat until translucent

8add 1/2 can tomato sauce
sprinkle to taste oregano seasoning
Stir until thickened to desired consistency

9Keep hot until bread is toasted then place in small dipping bowl placed on platter


Place cheese sticks onto platter
Serve & Enjoy
