As usual, I got this recipe out of an old Southern Living Annual Cook Book, and as usual, I can't remember which one. I'm bad to jot recipes down on index cards. Anyway, this is so easy to make and everyone just loves it!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1/2 lb
mild bulk pork sausage
1/2 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
(32 oz.) velveeta, cut into cubes
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 jar(s)
(16 oz.) jar mild salsa

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown ground beef and pork in a skillet over medium high heat just until cooked through. Drain off the fat.

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir just to blend a bit.

Cook on low for 2 hours.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
