Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs

Made these up for Easter dinner, everyone loved them, didn't even have any leftovers to bring home. Great twist on the deviled egg.

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
These were a HUGE hit in the Test Kitchen. Everyone kept on having "just one more." If you love deviled eggs and pimento cheese, this recipe is a keeper!

Ingredients

12
hard boiled eggs
6 oz
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp
pimentos ( or one small jar)
3 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1/2 c
sour cream ( may want to use a little less for a drier mix)
1/8 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
kosher salt
1 tsp
paprika ( i used spanish paprika)
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper ( optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil eggs, slice in half (length)remove yolk and place into medium bowl and mash yolks up with a fork.

Grate cheese and place in the bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Divide the mix among the egg whites. Arrange on platter and serve( or a paper plate like I did lol)
