Ingredients

250 g
flour
100 g
butter, cold
1 large
egg
400 g
salted cheese
100 ml
sour cream
1 large
egg
1 tsp
dry dill
1 tsp
dry parsley
1 pinch
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1For the dough,mix butter with salt.Add beaten eggs and put flour.If it is neccessary add some cold water,till is compact.
2Let this dough in the fridge for minutes.
3Take out the dough,lay it and cut them in round circles.
4Put them in smeared tart forms,and bake a little
5Take them out from the oven,stuff them with cheese mixture,made it from cheese,sour cream,egg,dill,parley.black pepper.
6Bake till are ready.
