Ingredients For mexican white cheese dip

  • 1/2 lb
    land o'lakes white american cheese
  • 1/2 can
    green chilies, chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    half and half

How To Make mexican white cheese dip

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low until cheese has melted. Serve with tortilla chips. (Jalapeno juice may be added to spice it up!)
