The possibilities are endless with these cheese crisps. You can vary the cheese and topping to produce a world of flavors. They are crispy, cheesy, and addictive.

1 1/2 c
italian blend shredded cheese
1/2 c
shredded parmesean cheese
roma tomato (sliced very thin)
2/3 c
diced ham
1/4 c
red onion, minced
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
parsley, chopped


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray the paper with no stick spray. If you don't spray with no stick spray the WILL stick, so it's very important.

2Make small piles of cheese Using 1-1 1/2 tbsp. of Italian blend cheese for each pile, spread flat. Press sliced tomatoes between two paper towels to remove moisture and place one slice on each pile.

3Place 1 tsp. of diced ham on each tomato and a few pieces of onion. Press down slightly to keep piles a little flat. Sprinkle with garlic powder.

4Top with remaining Italian cheese blend and then parmesean cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and bake for 12-13 minutes until crispy golden brown. Cool slightly, remove from pan and serve warm or cold.
