A nice appetizer spread, lunch addition, or snack used on other vegetables that aren't listed or crackers or bagels. Tweaked a bit by me. From Recipes from the Heart Cookbook - a Pampered Chef publication.

Ingredients For garden veggie spread

  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz) cream cheese or reduced-fat cream cheese (neufchatel), softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh carrot
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh radishes
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh sliced green onions
  • a drop or two of hot sauce (optional)

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Serve on other vegetables that aren't listed or crackers or warm, toasted bagels.
