Easy & Delicious Cheese Ball

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
shredded cheddar cheese
coarsely chopped black olives
finely chopped dried beef, divided
parsley - garnish as desired
Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Add the worcestershire sauce, olives, 4 tablespoons chopped dried beef, black pepper, onion, and garlic powders. Continue beating until well blended.
Turn out on foil or waxed paper and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator & reshape if needed.
Roll cheeseball in the remaining dried beef to coat completely. Wrap in foil or plastic & refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
