Easy crispy ravioli

Ingredients

1
9 oz pkg refrigerated cheese ravioili, lg is best
1/2 c
italian-style bread crumbs
1/4 c
good quality grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c
sour cream, i used light
1/4 c
2% milk
3/4 c
good quality pasta sauce, warmed for dipping

Step-By-Step

1In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese. In small bowl, whisk sour cream and milk.
2Roll each ravioli in sour cream mix, then into bread crumb mix. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray.
3Heat oven to 375. Place raviolis on baking sheet and bake for about 14 mins, or until lightly browned and crispy.
