Ingredients

1/4 c
butter
2 can(s)
(7oz) iced green chiles
1 lb
jack cheese, shredded (i used mexican shredded)
1 c
buttermilk baking mix (bisquick)
3
eggs
3/4 tsp
salt
2 c
milk

Directions Step-By-Step

In a 9x13 baking dish, melt butter.
Sprinkle chiles over butter.
Spread cheese over chiles.

In a bowl, mix buttermilk biscuit mix, eggs, salt and milk.
Pour over cheese.

Bake in preheated 350 over, 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top
