Ingredients

1 lb
italian sausage
1 medium
onion small dice
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 lb
pkg. velveeta cheese cubed
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1In large skillet brown sausage with onions until no longer pink. Breaking up the sausage into small chunks.
2Add cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta and cook until cheese is melted and smooth.
3Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with chips. I like corn chips or doritos.
