Cheesy Chicken Ball

Put some meat in that cheese ball for game day. It will be a hit. I used some precooked chicken from the supermarket rather than canned.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
(4.5 oz)white meat chicken
1 pkg
(8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
1 c
finely chipped pecans
crackers for serving

Step-By-Step

1Mix together chicken, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder salt, and half of the chopped pecans in a medium nixing bowl.

Place chicken cheese ball mixture into the center of a large piece of plastic wrap. Using the plastic wrap, form a ball with the chicken cheese ball mixture.

Press remaining chopped pecans onto the top and sides of the ball.
2Wrap tightly and store in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Serve with crackers.
