Beefy queso blanco dip

- velveeta queso blanco block
- 1 lb
- ground beef, browned and drained well
- 1 can(s)
- diced tomatoes with chiles, drained well
- chips for dipping
1In a large saucepan, bring milk to a warm simmer. While you're waiting, chop velveeta block into smaller cubes for faster melting.
2Once cheese is melted, add drained tomatoes with chiles, and ground beef. Stir gently to combine. Serve with chips in the bowl of your choice.
3Optional: to keep warm,serve in crock pot over "keep warm" or low setting.
