Ingredients

3 pkg
(8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg
real bacon pieces
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
1 pkg
ranch dressing mix
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
pecan chips or crushed pecans

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except for pecans. Blend well, by hand. Shape into a large ball. Refrigerate for about two hours or until hardened. Roll in chopped pecans and serve with crackers.
