•2 cups (6 ounces) uncooked rotini pasta (spiral pasta)
•2 teaspoons canola oil
•1½ cups onions, finely chopped
•1 garlic clove, minced
•1 pound 95% lean ground beef
•1 teaspoon seasoned salt
•2 tablespoons ketchup
•4-5 large Roma tomatoes, deseeded and diced
•2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
•2 cups low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
•¼ cup dill pickles, finely chopped

    I have this baking right now. Hope it is as tasty as it sounds. I was just craving some comfort food and put some in individual servings for lunches.

    One of the worst casseroles I've ever made! I made it exactly like it said and I have to say we threw it out.... The taste was just funny tasting with the catchup and mustard ... it just wasn't good. It looks beautiful in the picture... But the taste...ugh!

    I actually enjoyed this dish. I used plain yellow mustard because that is what I had in the house. I also didn't use low fat cheese because I just don't like it. I think it has a funny texture/taste. I also used a can of diced tomatoes because it wasn't tomato season.
