Skillet Sausage & Potatoes
|1 lb||smoked sausage sliced in diagonal 1/4|
|4 md||potatoes (sliced)|
|1 lg||onion (diced)|
|1 lg||green pepper (diced)|
|2 Tbsp||vegetable oil|
|1 1/2 c||grated cheese|

DirectionsHeat oil in large skillet (electric skillet is perfect) to 350*
Drop in sliced potatoes and fry for 15 minutes, turning as needed
Add sausage, onions and peppers and fry until potatoes are tender.
Season as desired. (Garlic powder, black pepper, or even Lawry’s Seasoning Salt) Top with cheese.
