JANE's StoryI have named this cake appropriately because that's what people say when they ask for the recipe. I have an Amish friend named Rosie. She gave me this recipe one day and I didn't believe her at first. I thought she surely forgot an ingredient or two. But, she didn't. This is a moist cake and tasty. No icing is needed so it makes a nice lunchbox dessert.
1 box cake mix, any flavor
3 large eggs beaten
1 can pie filling, any flavor

1In bowl, dump dry cake mix, eggs and pie filling. Stir together until well mixed. Bake in greased 9x13, 350 degrees for 35 minutes or test with toothpick for doneness.
2NOTE: Pair flavors of cake mix and pie filling. Apple filling with maybe butter pecan cake mix. Cherry pie filling with a devil's food cake mix, etc. I enjoy a pineapple cake mix with blueberry filling.
3FOR AN EXTRA INCH TO THE HIPS: Chop room temp cream cheese into chunks. Poke the chunks randomly into the batter after pouring it in the baking pan. Make sure the cheese is in deep. Continue to bake. I do this with a strawberry cake mix and strawberry filling and also the blueberry filling.

Sound delightful. My mom taught me a trick to making a cake moister, whether it is a boxed mix, or home made, always add an extra egg. It keeps it moist no matter what.

Very interesting-so easy...I'm always looking for something yummy and quick...I am a cake decorator, so I bake ALOT-and when it comes to my family, I frankly don't want to put alot of effort into it, this is just the trick!

I made this last week for our "Thursday Girls Night", everyone loved it. So just 2 days later they asked me to make 2 more cakes. They are so yummy and I've never had a more moist cake.

I just made this cake and had a big piece. Wonderful! I am particularly impressed with the fact that it does not contain oil in the recipe, and it doesn't even need it. It took me less than five minutes to have it in the oven. So easy! This is my "Go to" recipe forever! I can't wait to try the other cakes that you suggested.
