I think it was last year around Christmas time, I was baking some mini cakes for my boys' christmas baskets and one of the recipes called for buttermilk. I thought there was a substitute, called both my mother and mother-in-law, but they could not remember what it was. So needless to say, I had to go out and buy some. Thanks again. Gave you 5 stars as I have been looking for this for years!
