I cook my bacon in the oven. Preheat oven to 350. I line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, spray it with non stick spray, then lay the bacon out. Cover with another sheet of foil. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to crisp up. (It really depends on where you are. We are high altitude and it takes longer)

Down in Portland there is a donut shop called Voodoo Donuts and they sell a maple bar with a strip of crisp bacon laid on top. It's heaven.

I love all ingredients, Kimi, but what do they taste like all together? I'm trying to imagine. Can you compare it with anything?

Also, just a suggestion: Line your pan with sprayed aluminum foil & pour the fudge in it. When set, pull out the whole thing by the foil hanging over edges & cut as usual. Saves on clean up, but most importantly cuts easier & removes easier; no trying to dig it out of pan.
