My, what a refreshing spring cake! The cherry flavor is just right and doesn't overwhelm the dessert. Highly recommended!

cherry chip cake mix

butter, room temperature

8 oz. packages of cream cheese

tub cherry frosting(already made)

Directions Step-By-Step

HEAT OVEN TO 350*.. BEAT CAKE MIX AND BUTTER UTNIL CRUMBLY(RESERVE 1 CUP)

PRESS INTO 9X13" PAN. BEAT CREAM CHEESE,EGGS, AND FROSTING MIX TOGETHER.

POUR OVER CRUST..TOP WITH RESERVED CRUMBS. BAKE 45 MINUTES.. COOL..AND REFRIGERATE, AT LEAST 2 HOURS OR MORE

CUT IN 4x6 ROWS, THEY ARE SO RICH, YOU WON'T NEED TO CUT ANY LARGER...YUMMY...

I've made this with Strawberry and Cherry both were great. Has anyone tried this with pumpkin? If so, what frosting did you choose?

I think trying it with the Duncan Hines Orange cake mix and frosting.... would be really good too!!
