These are super easy to make, and you can adjust the heat to your liking. My kids adore these. Make more and they are great for appetizers at a casual party or snacks for the guys watching a game.

Ingredients For buffalo chicken sliders

  • 18-36
    pre-cooked boneless chicken nuggets (depending on the size of your rolls)
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    blue cheese dressing (I like more)
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    really good wing sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    celery salt
  • 18
    dinner rolls
  • baby spinach leaves
  • 6
    celery stalks, cut into matchsticks

Don't like blue cheese? Ranch dressing is a delicious substitution.
  • Preparing chicken nuggets.

    Prepare the chicken nuggets according to the package directions.
  • Mayo, dressing, wing sauce, and celery salt whisked together in a bowl.

    Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise, dressing, wing sauce, and celery salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Slicing the dinner rolls.

    Slice the dinner rolls in half to make buns. Lightly toast, if desired - this will keep them firm once assembled.
  • Sauce spread on the dinner rolls.

    Spread the cut sides of the rolls with the prepared sauce.
  • Spinach and chicken placed on the roll.

    Place some spinach leaves on each bottom half. Top with one or two nuggets, depending on the size of your rolls.
  • Top of roll placed on the sandwich with celery added.

    Top with the celery sticks (or serve them on the side), place on the top half of the roll, and enjoy.

    For a really cute presentation, use a skewer, poke a hole through the sandwich, and use the celery sticks as the toothpicks to hold the sandwich together.
