i lov sweet taters so was easy to come up with this recipe so easy to make and taste so good

Ingredients For sweet tater soup

4 lgsweet taters,rough chop

4 mdcheesey bratwurst

1 qtmilk
-
1 pkg[8 oz] cream cheese

2 Tbspsplenda/cinnomon/nutmeg shake

1/2 stickmargarine
How To Make sweet tater soup

1take all tater put in lg sauce pan fill to over taters with water add 1/2T spice blend bring to boil cook til taters tender drain well

2divid taters in 1/2 mash 1/2 with 1/2 the margarine and a few T of the milk

3in pan u cooked taters cut bratwurst in 1/2 then in 1/2 again then into 1/2 in pieces cook over low heat til they are browned well

4now add all ingredents except margarine will bratwurst cook til hot and cream cheese is melted laddle into soup bowl and top with a dot of the margarine [and a sprinkle of spice blend if u want]
