1 canartichoke quarters

2 canchick peas

1 canfire roasted diced tomatoes

1 boxcollege inn wine & herb chicken broth

1 cwater

1 cbulgur wheat, uncooked
How To Make artichoke chickpea stew

1In a large soup pot saute first five ingredients in olive oil until lightly browned.

2Add all other ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil.

3Lower heat to "Low" and cook for two hours.
