Ingredients For vegetable beef soup

1/2 lbground chuck, cooked

2 can(14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes

2 can(8 ounce) tomato sauce

2 cwater
-
1 pkg(16 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables

1 pkg(16 ounce) frozen soup mix
-
1/2 cdry onion soup mix
How To Make vegetable beef soup

1In a large pot over medium high heat, saute the ground chuck for about 5 minutes or until browned
-
2Drain off excess fat.

3Add the tomatoes, sauce, water, vegetables and soup mix.

4Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.

5Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
