This is my Dad's "recipe". He threw this together yesterday, and OMG it was good! I'll be making this soon, and may sub in salmon for the ham.

Ingredients For easy crockpot parsnip chowder

4 cdiced parsnips, fresh

2 ccarrots, fresh
-
1 cmushrooms, fresh

1 ccelery, diced
-
1 conions, chopped
-
1 1/2 cham, diced

1 Tbspdiced garlic
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted
-
1 cancream of celery soup, undiluted

2 cvegetable stock
-
1 cmilk
-
salt and pepper
How To Make easy crockpot parsnip chowder

1Dice/chop fresh vegetables and drop them in a 4 quart crockpot.

2Add undiluted creamed soups, milk, vegetable stock, garlic and salt and pepper.

3Simmer in crockpot until heated through and vegetables are done. It is best to start this in the morning and let it go all day. Enjoy!
