1pork tenderloin (2.5 lbs)

1diced sweet onion

3granny smith apples, peeled & diced

1/2 capple cider vinegar

10 mdpotatoes, peeled & diced

1 cancream of mushroom soup (49.5 oz)

6 canbud lite apple-rita (8 oz)

2 cangreen beans
How To Make pork tenderloin stew

1I used a large roaster oven. Put in all ingredients. Pork Tenderloin was frozen. Add extra water as needed. Slow cook overnight.

2In the morning, take pork out. Let cool a bit to handle. Shred and put back in pot.

3Add whatever seasonings you like. I added worcestershire sauce, lawry's, montreal steak seasoning
