Ingredients For spanish bean soup

  • 2 can
    garbanzo beans
  • 3 slice
    bacon, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 slice
    round,ham steak, cut in pieces
  • 1
    link spanish chorizo, cut in pieces
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2
    bell pepper, (any color) chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 2 can
    cans water ( use garbanzo bean cans)
  • 3 md
    potatos, peeled and cubed

How To Make spanish bean soup

  • 1
    Sauté bacon, ham, chorizo, onion, pepper, and garlic in a large Dutch oven.

    Add beans, water and potato's.
  • 3
    Simmer on medium-low for 1 hour. Stirring occasionally.
