Ingredients For polska kielbasa gumbo

1polska kielbasa sausage
-
2chicken bullion cubes
-
2 1/2 chot water
-
1 canro-tel (or any brand diced tomatoes and green chilies)

1 canblack beans, drained

1 cancorn, drained

1 cinstant rice
How To Make polska kielbasa gumbo

1Cut sausage into small bite size pieces. Place in a soup pot and brown

2Add bullion, water, and Ro-tel bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes

3Add remaining ingredients bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Then remove from heat let sit for another 5-8 minutes before serving.
