Ingredients For mac n cheese soup

4 oz1 cup elbow macaroni

2plum tomatoes slice

41/2 inch slice baguette

freshly ground pepper

kosher salt

1carrot
-
1celery stalk

1/4 call purpose flour

3 1/4 cchicken broth

1 1/4 c2% milk

6 ozcheddar cheese

1/4 cparmesan cheese

3shallots

How To Make mac n cheese soup

1Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 450. Cook macaroni as directed on pkg, drain and set aside.

2Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray add slice plum tomatoes and slice baguette on it in single layer season with salt and pepper bake until baguette is golden brown about 7 minutes

3Mince the shallots, carrot, celery in a food processor Mist a sauce pan and cook veggies until softened 4-5 minutes Add the flour and cook stirring for 2 minutes Gradually stir in broth bring to a boil and stir until thicken 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat

4Add milk, cheeses and macaroni and stir until cheese melts. Season with pepper.

5Top baguette with tomatoes than garnish the soup.
