Ingredients For gazpacho blanco

  • 6 pieces white bread (crust removed) and soak in 4 cups water
  • 2 ½ cups blanched almonds ground in blender for 1minute
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 1/4 tsps kosher salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil

How To Make gazpacho blanco

  • 1
    Combine bread (save water) and ingredients in the blender for 1 minute. Add water and strain. Cool in refrigerator. Garnish with grapes and toasted almonds.
