6 cchicken broth

2 tspsalt

2 Tbspwater

2 Tbspcornstarch

2eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 cgreen onions, chopped
How To Make egg drop soup

1Heat Chicken broth in a large pot until boiling, add salt.

2Combine water & cornstarch. Stir until mixed & smooth. Pour cornstarch into broth & stir over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken. Slowly pour in egg & stir.

3Remove from heat and pour into soup bowls. Sprinkle with green onions & serve. You can add crisp noodles.
