Ingredients For potato and ham chowder

4-6 lgpealed /chopped potatoes, russets
-
2 spriggreen onions
-
2 cdiced chopped ham ( left over is fine)
-
2 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 cancondensed can milk
-
2 1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 1/8 tspsalt
-
11/2 tspcorn starch
-
2 1/2 stickcelery + leaves
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
2 2/3 qtwater
How To Make potato and ham chowder

1You'll need A large pot add your water, place on top of stove high heat. Add ham and potatoes,1/8tsp salt,1tsp pepper,onion. Water should be about 2 inches above your ingredients.Bring to a boil till potatoes are tender. reduce heat to low heat. Water should be just below ingredients, if not drain some off.

2Add Celery + leaves, butter,cream mushroom soup, milk.simmer for 5 minutes. Add the rest of your salt n pepper , add corn starch stirring till thickening

3( more or less salt n pepper depending on taste) serve with crackers and lemonade. Enjoy *
