Ingredients For creamy corn and bacon chowder

6 slicebacon

1onion, chopped
-
2potatoes, peeled and cubed

125 mlwater
-
500 mlmilk
-
1knorr garlic & herb potato bake seasoning packet (or similar) (garlic herb sauce mix)

2 x 400 gcan whole kernel corn
-
400 gcan cream-style corn
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
ground black pepper to taste
How To Make creamy corn and bacon chowder

1Crisp bacon in an oven or microwave, crumble and set aside

2Sauté onion in a little oil and add potatoes and water

3Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender

4Add the sachet of KNORR Garlic & Herb Potato Bake, (or similar), stir in milk, corn, salt, and pepper to taste; continue to cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through

5Sprinkle with crumbled bacon to serve
