I developed this chili recipe for my God daughter when she was just learning to cook. It is easy, quick and any child would love to help you with it. Besides it is really good! We serve it over rice and cheese for a really wonderful twist. Don't forget the corn chips to scoop it with!

Brown ground meat in a 6 quart pan until pink is gone, drain. Season with seasoned salt if desired. Add remaining items and cook over med/low heat until beans are soft. Serve in bowls and enjoy. We like this very much served over rice with Cheddar cheese between the two. When you dig in, you get rice, melted cheese and chili. SOOOO good!
