After watching a lot of cooking shows, Randy decided to try his hand at his own chili recipe, and here it is. He loves it, but it's too hot for me - he does not remove the seeds from the peppers. Chili freezes well, and he loves to freeze individual servings for later.

Ingredients For randy's vegetarian chili

2 canhot chili beans
-
2 candiced tomatoes with chilis
-
1chopped green pepper
-
1chopped red pepper
-
1chopped jalepeno pepper
-
1 lgchopped onion
-
1/4 cchili powder
-
2 ctomato juice
-
water, as needed
-
cracker meal or bread crumbs to thicken
How To Make randy's vegetarian chili

1Chop vegetables to desired chunkiness.

2Combine all ingredients (except for cracker meal) in crock pot.

3Cook all day on low heat. (If chili is still too watery, add cracker meal to thicken.)
