Ingredients For chili

2 lbground beef

1onion, medium

1green pepper, medium

1red pepper, medium

28 oztomatoes, canned whole

24 oztomato sauce

24 ozred kidney beans

6 oztomato paste

1 Tbspchili powder

1 tspminced onion

1/4 tspsea salt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspgarlic salt

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make chili

1Cook beef in frying pan until done. Drain grease. In separate pan, cook chopped onion, red pepper and green pepper with olive oil. Cook until tender.

2Mix tomato paste in meat first. Drain whole tomatoes and smash with large spoon and blend with the meat.

3In a large pot, mix all remaining ingredients. Cook at medium heat until boiling. Turn to low and cook covered for 25 minutes.
