chicken stock
1 slice

onion
1/4 c

celery tops
1/8 tsp

pepper
1/4 tsp

salt
2 Tbsp

butter
3 Tbsp

flour
1 c

hot milk

How To Make cream of chicken soup

Cook stock, onion and celery 15 minutes; strain. Add hot milk and seasonings and thicken with the butter that has been blended with the flour.
