Ingredients For coconut milk soup w chicken

    coconut milk
  • 1 c
    chicken stock
  • 2 to 3 md
    pieces fresh galangal or ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 3
    chicken breast fillets (cut into pieces)
  • 2 tsp
    chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro leaves
  • 5
    cilantro leaves for garnish

How To Make coconut milk soup w chicken

    Add coconut milk, chicken stock and ginger in a pan.

    Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add chicken pieces and chili to pan, simmer for another 6 minutes.Continue stirring until cooked and all ingredients mixed well.

    Season with fish sauce and sugar. Add cilantro leaves Before serving, garnished with remaining cilantro leaves.
