Ingredients For stuffed pepper soup

2 lbground beef browned

1 cantomato sauce 28 oz

1 candiced tomatos 28 oz

2 ccooked white rice
-
2 1/2 cchopped green peppers (or red and green)

2beef bouillon, cubes

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspblack pepper
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

1Add all ingredients into a pot EXCEPT meat and rice mix Add beef and rice, cover and simmer until peppers are tender about 30 minutes.

2For a thicker soup adjust amount of rice. This is really good with some crusty bread in the fall or winter. It is so easy to make and freezes really well.
