Ingredients For cheeseburger chowder

1 lbground beef

3 Tbspflour

2.5 cmilk

1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbspbeef base

2 Tbspgreen pepper, chopped

1/2 cchopped celery

1/2 cchopped onion

2potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheeseburger chowder

1In large pot brown beef, drain.

2Stir in vegetables, base, salt and 1 1/2 cups water.

3Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. (15-20 minutes)

4Blend 1/2 cup milk with the flour.

5Add to saucepan along with remaining milk.

6Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

7Add cheese.

8Heat and stir until cheese melts.
