Ingredients For beefy noodle soup

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 pkg
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 pkg
    ramen noodle, beef
  • 1 can
    tomatoe juice, at least 48oz (i use 64oz)
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix

How To Make beefy noodle soup

    Brown beef and drain. Place in a large soup pot. Break up the Ramen noodles and add to the pot. Add the rest of the ingredients (including the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles).

    Let simmer for 20-30 minutes. If it gets too thick, I just add water to thin it down to desired consistency.
