Ingredients For taco corn

  • 8 c
    plain popped corn (m.waveable popcorn and follow directions on package or buy it already popped)
  • 1/4 c
    ( 1/2 stick ) butter
  • 2 tsp
    taco seasoning mix

How To Make taco corn

  • 1
    Put popped corn in mixing bowl. Put butter in glass measuring cup. Microwave it on High 40 to 50 seconds, or until melted. Carefully remove from the microwave oven. Stir in the taco seasoning mix into the butter. ( Save the rest of the package for another use ). Pour over popped corn; mix well. ( Makes: 1 cup )
