I made these for a wedding shower and everyone loved them.

Ingredients For butter pecan cookies

  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    egg/ room temperature
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    white chocolate chips

How To Make butter pecan cookies

    Preheat oven to 375 Spray cookie sheet with Pam Chop pecans

    Cream butter Add sugar, vanilla, egg, salt Sift flour and add gradually Add pecans and chips

    Refrigerate for 1 hour Roll into balls and sprinkle with conf. Sugar Bake 14 minutes
