I came up with this recipe for a friend that needed a way to make kettle corn out of already popped corn.

Ingredients For kettle corn glazed popcorn

2 Tbsplight corn syrup
-
1/2 csugar
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspsalt

6-7 cpopped corn
How To Make kettle corn glazed popcorn

1Preheat oven to 200

2In a small saucepan add corn syrup, sugar, butter and salt. Cook on med hi heat until boiling for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.

3Meanwhile place popcorn in a large baking dish like a lasagna pan.

4Once syrup is done, pour over popcorn and mix with a spoon until it's spread out.

5Bake for 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and stir once more and let cool. Enjoy!
