1 c

soy sauce
1/3 c

brown sugar
1/3 c

liquid smoke
1/4 tsp

season salt
2 Tbsp

worchestershire sauce

How To Make the best venison jerky

Mix all ingredients in airtight container. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add thinly sliced beef or venison and let marinate overnight in refrigerator. Drain. Place in food dehydrator and dry. Do not overlap. Do not re-use liquid.
