my son in law specially loves this. I got this easy receipe from a Real who was a french cook.. good one too.

Ingredients For taco salad dip

    tub of cottage cheeze
  • 1
    tub of sour cream
  • 1
    chopped green onion
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1
    jar salsa
  • 1
    chopped broccoli
  • 1
    chopped califlower
  • 1
    assorted chips or crackers

How To Make taco salad dip

    in a bowl. dump tub of sour cream, cottage cheeze, (i have also added cream cheeze and even miricle whip.)pour this mixture into the bottom of a 9 by 13 cake pan ( i have also added hot sauce to this mixture or cholula hot sauce ) it is good either way

    sprinkle evenly the taco seasoning on the sour cream mixture then sprinkle the chopped green onion. you may use more than 1 bunch if you like onion.

    then add a layer of chopped fine broccoli (raw) and chopped cauliflower on top of broccoli (raw) then spread salsa (I use Medium) this is served with assorted crackers or taco chips. you scoop with a spoon onto your plate take some crackers and scoop the mix up with the crackers and eat. I bring this to church fellowships and if i don't bring it they are always asking why i didn't. i don't hardly bring any back home.
