My most requested dish! Again, this is made to taste, so I hope I get the measurements right. Use your best judgement!!

Ingredients For sandy's deviled eggs

  • 1
    dozen large eggs
  • 1 can
    deviled ham
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 4 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • paprika for garnish (if desired)

How To Make sandy's deviled eggs

    Boil eggs until hardboiled. Remove shell, and cut in half. Remove hardened yolk and place in medium bowl. Place hardened halved egg whites on large dish.

    In medium bowl with yolks, combine the rest of the ingredients and mash with a fork until slightly lumpy.

    Using a teaspoon, fill indentation in egg white with egg yolk mixture. Place eggs next to each other on dish.

    Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes, and garnish yolk part of egg with paprika if desired.
